- Silver offers individualized programming, access to nutrition information, and is precisely channeled to your goals. This program can help you increase velocity, jump height, speed, get stronger or simply help you lose weight.
- Individualized program based off of virtual or in-person 1:1 assessment and needs analysis
- Basic nutrition guidance and information
- Access to exercise database and messaging with coach
Gold
$199/month for 3 months, then month to month
- Gold gives you everything silver has to offer and more. With the Gold membership you will have the opportunity for a virtual or in-person nutrition consultation, access to all videos and messaging, as well access to our group features!
- Individualized program based off of 1:1 assessment and needs analysis
- 1:1 Nutrition Consultation and nutrition recommendations
- Access to exercise database and messaging with coach
- Access to group features
- Chat with same sport athletes or individuals with your same goals
- Frequent Competitions
- Leaderboard within each group!

Follow an individualized program based off a 1:1 assessment in a small group environment. With this package you will be able to follow your own program, while training with up to 6 members all training towards similar goals.
